About MedaTrack
Every dose, accounted for.
MedaTrack started as a paper tracking sheet on the fridge. When someone is taking a dozen medications on different schedules, and several people are helping, it gets hard to answer simple questions: Was the evening dose given? When was the last pain pill? Is the nausea getting better?
MedaTrack is a digital version of that sheet that everyone on the care team can update. The patient, or someone caring for them, sets up a plan of what to track. Family members then log doses, amounts, side effects and notes to the same record.
What it does
- Plans that match real life. Medications, supplements, routines, nutrition and side effects, grouped the way you think about them, on set times, every few days, or as needed.
- Day and week views. An hour-by-hour day view, and a week grid laid out like the paper sheet that prints on a single landscape page.
- Safety checks. Warnings before an as-needed dose is logged too soon or over the daily maximum, and protection against two people logging the same scheduled dose.
- A shared record. Invite family with the right level of access. Every entry shows who logged it, and the full history exports to CSV for appointments.
Your data
Health information is personal. Only people you invite to a care team can see that person's records, pages aren't cached by your browser, and an owner can delete a profile and all of its records at any time.
Not medical advice
MedaTrack is a tracking tool. It doesn't diagnose, recommend doses or replace your care team. Always follow your prescriber's instructions, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
